The Minis Society Shipping and Returns

Delivery
The Minis Society handles every order with care and delivers each order within 2-3 business days.  All parcels are shipped using PostNL or DHL.  If you would like your order expedited, please contact us.

We strive to dispatch all accepted orders as soon as possible.  If an order should be delayed for any reason, you will be notified and will have the opportunity to cancel the order.

Shipping

The Minis Society ships worldwide.  With every order placed, a shipping fee is charged, regardless of volume or price.

For orders within The Netherlands, shipping is free.

For orders within the following European countries, shipping cost is €10.
Austria
Belgium
Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland)
France (including Corsica and Monaco)
Germany
Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City)
Luxembourg
Spain (including Balearic Islands. excl. Canary Islands)
Sweden
United Kingdom (excl. Gibraltar, Guernsey and Jersey)

For orders outside the mentioned countries, shipping cost is €22.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us. If the product is in stock, it will be put on reserve for you. You will have to pay for the shipping cost, however, you will not have to repurchase the item on our website. Upon receiving the intended item for exchange, we will ship out the new item.  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received from us. You may exchange items within 14 days after receiving the delivery.

Return
If you wish to return a product for a refund, you must contact us prior to returning the item so we know that we can expect items back. With your order you will receive a Return Form. Fill out the form and send it back with the item. You will have to pay for shipping cost, however upon receiving the intended item for return, we will refund you the cost of the product and the shipping fee. You will be reimbursed the same amount as you paid us when placing the order. This may take 1-2 business days. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received from us. You may return items within 14 days after receiving the delivery.
